Shipping Policy

All our hoodies are custom designed and stitched so we can offer hoodies unique to you!  Once we have your finalised design, we aim to have the hoodies ready for shipping within 2 weeks.  We apologise if it may take longer due to the number of orders and holidays and we will inform you of any delays.

 

We ship all our products through a tracked mail service so we can check that your parcel is safely delivered.  The costs of shipping are added to your order.

 

We aim to ship items in 4 days using a global tracked service, but sometimes we understand that the postal service may take longer.

​If your delivery address is outside of the UK, you may have to pay import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance. Please note, customs policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for further information.

Please note international shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities.
